Redeeming is quick and simple — just scan the customer's QR code with your phone camera. No special app or training needed. The whole process takes seconds.

The customer will show you a QR code on their phone — either from the BaristaCard website or from Apple/Google Wallet.

Scan with your phone
Open your phone's camera and point it at the customer's QR code. Tap the link that appears. No special app needed — your default camera works.
Tip: Make sure you're logged in to BaristaCard as staff before scanning.

Confirm redemption
You'll see the card details and remaining count. If the cafe has multiple venues, select yours. Then tap 'Confirm Redemption'.
